Mr. Li was born in 1978 and he grew up in Benxi, China. He went to China High School Law Studies in Nanjing, China. He passed the Chinese law degree in 2002, 2006-2007 Master’s degree in law at the Chinese-German Institute for Legal Sciences of the University of Göttingen. He has started working since 2008 in Cologne. Mr. Li is also a founding partner of the Chinese law firm Dongyin Law Firm Nanjing.
Mr. Li serves mainly German companies in the areas of business start-up in China, the Chinese labor, visa matters, commercial and tax law as well as in the process and arbitration matters in China. At the same time Mr. Li cares for Chinese companies investing in Germany.
